Can I be kicked out of Journey?

    Hi Voula, 

    We can't advise you on how to handle any ongoing contracts with other Ad Management providers but your invitation to Journey won't expire while you finish out your contract. So it should still be there at the end of August. 

    Once you're up and running with us, we do have a monitoring service that's always running to ensure that the sites we have are meeting our requirements.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
