Ads in middle of page on mobile
CompletedOn our site, https://www.tourmygermany.com/, ads are frequently showing up covering almost the whole bottom half on mobile.
Either, the video ad, the Grow icons, and “the next feature” are covering almost in the middle and don't move down, but just stay there:

Or, all the ads cover almost the bottom half:

and then when one closes that bottom ad, its ghost is still there:

As well, when I open that page, https://www.tourmygermany.com/castle-hotels-in-germany.html, the H1 heading resizes as it loads. This resizing of the H1 header happens on most pages.
How can these be fixed, please?

Hi Gerhild,
In your first screenshot, what is happening is that our script moves the Universal Video Player and the Grow widget up when we detect that an adhesion ad is attempting to load. It isn't common, but sometimes advertisers indicate to our script that an ad has loaded even though their ad creative was unable to load due to an issue on their end. That's the most common reason behind that happening.
Similarly, the container not being removed is typically an issue with the ad creative itself and this is something that advertisers tend to resolve on their own. Typically though for most adhesion ads, there is no option to close them.
Lastly with regard to the H1 resizing, from what we can see, it looks like a font is loading in on page load and that's causing the H1 to shift. However, this occurs even when ads blocked so it's not likely to be an issue coming from our ad script.
