Hi Sara! The dashboard updates with your data the next day at 10am EST. If you installed ads over a day ago, you'll at least see data for the 12th. I checked your dashboard and I am seeing data for the 12th, so everything looks to be working a-okay.

I've noticed you have to log out and log back in before it will update. Even a refresh in the browser doesn't work (bug?).

Hi Jenn. Thanks for the comment. We'll take a look at how the analytics are refreshing in GPP and see if there are any adjustments to be made. If we have an update for this, we'll post it here. Thanks!!

I am not seeing any data on the Analytics even after a full day (~28 hours).

Sourabh Upreti I'm seeing data for the 26th in your dashboard, which is what we would expect given when you launched ads. It won't be finalized until 2 hours from now at 10am EST, but data has already populated and you should be able to see it in your dashboard if you hover over June 26th in the graph.

Good day, I am also not seeing any updates on my dashboard. I started to upload ads from 26 March 2025. I also don't see any RPM. Will it update later? Thank you.

Melisha Sauls - thanks for your patience! Our Engineers have confirmed that the traffic and earnings data we're seeing from your site are accurate.

Looking at individual page data for a single day, I did notice that the traffic you are seeing doesn't seem to be generating impressions. This can be for a few reasons, but historically, this means that the traffic you are seeing could be generated from sources outside of the United States, Canada, the UK/EU, and Australia.

We also have a great resource here that provides some general advice for helping increase impressions.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
