Unable to Finish Journey Setup

I was accepted a few days ago, and when I got to the "Finish Journey Setup" step, I added my address and everything. It keeps showing me "You did it," and I get to the views dashboard; however, the "Finish Journey Setup" message is still appearing. I don't know what mistake I'm making. I tried to log out as Mary Parks mentioned, but it's still showing the same thing. Could you please take a look at what is going on? Thank you!

Hi Mariem - on my end, I'm also seeing that you still need to finish filling out your payment information. I would try to log into your dashboard in a new window in incognito mode without any extensions running. I would also try logging in in a different browser without any extensions enabled if an incognito browser doesn't work. Hopefully that will do the trick!

I am having the exact same issue. Finish set up - done - You did it - Journey dashboard. But once I click any other links in Grow, like Automailer, then the Journey - Finish set up comes back again. No ads showing up yet. I just set up today, so not sure how long to wait. But this cycle of Finish set up is annoying. Edit to add: butfirstchai.com

Hi Famidha! I would recommend the same troubleshooting steps as posted above in your case if you haven't yet - try logging into your dashboard in an incognito window or different browser that's not running any extensions to see if that does the trick.

I tried. It is showing “Start Your Journey Today” in incognito window. Same when tried on safari on phone. But when I click the button, it straight goes to Connect Your Payment Information. I just have to click Finish Setting up Tipalti and then just click Next in each page as it is all already done. It takes me to You did it and goes to the Journey dashboard. Still no ads and zero data. I wish I knew what I am not doing because no error shows up in any stage.
Should the address in Tipalti match the address in Automailer? I can only think of that.

Your Tipalti address needs to match your current physical address - we have a help document here that goes over how to fill out each field.
It's important to note that your full address - including the street number and name of the street - should be listed in the “Street Address” field. The “Address 2” field is only if you need to add an apartment, suite, or building number.
If you've verified your information is correct, it would be worth reaching out to Tipalti at contact@tipalti.com to have them take a look and see if they can spot the issue since they're a separate service.

I don't see what they can do about no ads showing up. But I will try reaching out to them. I do have all the right information for the profile else I wouldn't get to the Journey dashboard page and Payments overview etc..
Can you check if you can see ads being served on my site? In other threads, the support team mentions that they can see and I as the user may not be able to see the ads.

I checked with our engineers, and ads aren't loading on the site yet because it appears there's an issue with your Tipalti information.
First, I would verify that the “Street Address” field is where you've input your street number and street address. If the street number and address are in the “Address 2” field, Tipalti will likely not accept it as a valid address, which could be the root of the issue.
If that doesn't resolve the issue though, you'll need to have Tipalti see why the status of your account is invalid at this time.

I have entered the address as needed. We don't have street numbers here. It does say the Address cannot be verified please confirm to continue, so I click continue. I have not heard back from them yet.
We also don't have zip codes so we usually enter 0000 on any online purchases. I tried adding 00 for the street number, but it still doesn't work.
So if they can't fix it or I don't hear from them, I cancel Journey?

You should hopefully hear back from Tipalti soon, and running Journey is ultimately up to your discretion. As long as you continue to meet the criteria though, you'll still be eligible to run Journey ads if you decide to do so in the future.

Just came back to tell you that I fixed the issue.
So, I figured it is not the address problem.
When I choose UAE as the country, the payment options are “wire transfer, paypal and hold the payment”. I chose “Hold the payment” because I wasn't sure which bank I want to use. That option does not have any bank details request - as expected. But I guess, it is the one thing that stops Journey by Mediavien to block ads from showing.
Because, today I went ahead and chose "wire tranfer" and added the bank details and Voila! it worked! I now have the Analytics on the side menu. I am hoping ads will show up and earnings too. fingerscrossed.
