Hi Muhammad,
It looks like you just need to finish up the onboarding process in Grow Publisher Portal. Ads should go live on the site after you've completed the steps there. Thanks!!

John Thank you for your response.
I have already completed everything, but I am still facing this issue. Maybe I am missing something.
Please suggest a video that can help me finish the onboarding process.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Hamza,
Thanks for getting back to us. I just checked on the site, and it looks like the Tipalti setup just needs to be completed before you can continue with onboarding. We have a doc that should help with the steps you need to take to finish it up, and if you're running into issues getting it completed, you can reach out to Tipalti directly at contact@tipalti.com. Thanks!!

Thank you, John for your help.
I have set it up and am now redirected to this dashboard (see the attached screenshot).
However, before this, I was being redirected to a page with no earnings!
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Muhammad! I just checked the site, and I'm seeing ads displaying on my end.
Since you're on the site more often than a typical reader, it's normal that you might run out of premium impressions on your end and see fewer ads. What you can do is open the site in a new incognito window to check on what the ads are looking like. Also, you can append
?test=testAdsto the end of a post URL, and that will signal our script to display placeholder ads so you can see where the ads will display for readers. I'd also confirm you're not using any ad blockers that could prevent ads from loading.Because ads just went live on the site, you can just keep an eye on the analytics in your Grow Publisher Portal to see earnings start to display as things update.

Thank you John for help
Can I add placeholder ads manually?
I want to add under the first paragraph, and some other places where users interact more.
Looking forward to hearing from you

Hi Muhammad. There's currently not a way to manually place ads, but the Journey script is optimized for ad performance and user experience while ensuring all ad placements follow recommended policy.
