Journey cookie consent banner not working

I've just been watching my Clarity recordings and it shows that on mobile, the “accept” button is not working on the cookie consent pop up for users in other countries. They are clicking over and over again and it's not going away.
It looks like this may have just started in the last few days, there is one from earlier in May that was formatted differently that allowed them to accept and click through quickly.

Hi Debra. We were able to take a look at the site and access it via VPN for GDPR countries on both desktop and mobile, and the popup looks to be working just fine. We were able to accept it without any issues, so it's possible the folks from the Clarity recording had a configuration on their end that was causing the issue. If you're able to access the site via VPN and try it on your end, it should be working just fine. If we can answer any additional questions, though, please just let us know. Thanks!!

Hi! Newbie here. What are Clarity recordings and how do you find them? Are they available in a dashboard?

Hey Erika Page - this is in reference to Microsoft Clarity, a free heatmapping tool. This isn't something that's implemented in your Journey Dashboard but a separate tool.
