Hi Amanda! There isn't an expiration date on the invitation to join Journey, so waiting the 30 days shouldn't be an issue at all. You can just complete the onboarding steps once you're ready. Thanks!!

    Hi John!

Sounds great and thank you for the quick reply. We'll get started on the 30 days ASAP.

    All the best,

    Amanda

I received my acceptance email for Journey, currently with Shemedia.

They are requiring me to complete my contract which ends August 6,2020.

I’ll be able to complete my onboarding then.

Wanted to share the extended timeline with Mediavine and to make sure there was nothing else I needed to do.

    Best,
    Nija

    Hi Nija,

That should be just fine! The invitation won't expire, so you can just onboard once your current contract is up. Thanks!!!

This is very helpful because my end contract date with She Media is August 16, 2024 and I will be able to finalize the onboarding after this date.

Thank you for letting us know!

    Best,

    Evgenia

Someone mentioned accepting the Journey contract & terms of service now and then finishing the setup once SheMedia releases us. Is this true or should we wait to accept the Journey agreement?

Hey Jessica! It’s totally up to you either way. You’re welcome to review those terms now or wait until your contract with SheMedia is up and complete it all in one go. We just wouldn’t recommend fully onboarding until your contract with them is up.

This was helpful for me as well. I'm currently in discussion with SheMedia about opting out of my contract early and wanted to be sure I didn't have a deadline to accept the Journey onboarding/setup, etc.

    Thanks,

So glad that others have already asked this question.  I too am waiting out my end of contract with SheMedia and didn't want to lose out on joining Journey.  Thank you for the opportunity and the flexibility to participate at any time after the invitation.

Hi, I also must wait until October 7th to onboard because I have a contract with SheMedia. So it's ok to wait until then and then follow the steps to onboard?

    Hi Journey Support,

Thank you so much for the information in this thread. Very useful!

As others have also experienced, I will be unable to activate my Journey approved website until 6/26/25. I am stuck in a Ad contract with Ezoic.

Thank you for maintaining the approval status of my website, and I will activate/setup immediately on 6/26/25.

    Thanks
    Ian

Just wanted to thank you for accepting me tp Journey by Mediavine. I have to wait 60 days to end contract with my current ad privider, an then I am all yours🤗.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs.
