No Ads Displaying After Troubleshooting Plugin Conflicts, etc.
AnsweredAlright, I have done *all the things* recommended to troubleshoot when ads are not displaying. I have cleared my cache on my end, my hosts end, looked for plugin conflicts by deactivating every single one one at a time and clearing the cache between each. I even uninstalled the Grow plugin and reinstalled, disconnected reconnected, etc.
I'm getting no error messages whatsoever, it acts as if it's working. I even had my host check the ads.txt was functioning. Any other ideas?

Hi Julie! We can confirm the ad script is on your site and there are no obvious conflicts at play. It just looks as if the script hasn't been enabled yet. Could you go to the Journey Settings section of your Grow dashboard and click Enable Ads Script again and follow the prompts?

Let's see if doing that again can activate the ad script.

I've actually done that like a dozen times, but it doesn't seem to matter.

Ok, I've spoken with our engineers and we're forcing the ad script to be active on your site again. We're still looking into what might have caused this issue, but at least in the meantime you should have ads serving on your site.

Ok, thanks so much!

Support I'm also noticing it keeps signing me out of my Grow account. I had ads and then they disappeared. All I did was update two plugins, cookie yes and fluent forms, and then noticed the ads were no longer there. And then I went to Grow and noticed it signed me out of it.

While it continues to sign me out of Grow – I just noticed I can see ads on my site as long as I'm in an incognito window. But otherwise, I can't see them right now.

I just double-checked on our end and ads are loading great. If ads are only loading on your end in incognito, then it usually means that you can clear your browser cache or it could mean you have a browser extension that interferes with ad loading(like an ad blocker extension).
It's also possible that you have an extension or browser setting that's affecting the cookie that tells Grow you are logged in.
