Error Message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”
Featured CompletedHi!
I've clicked on the “enable ads script” and instead of being routed to my Grow for wordpress plugin I am sent to this page https://finefoodsblog.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=grow-journey-enable
And there is an error box on the page that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”
I wasn't actually signed in to Grow from my site the first time I tried it, but now it's connected. I've signed out and signed back in and cleared the cache and it's still not working.

Support I'm having the same issue as Peter Hoang. I have tried copy/pasting the link as you recommended (in multiple incognito browsers with everything cleared) and the problem still persists.

Pierce Hogan just to confirm, you've tried logging into your WordPress Admin first, then adding /wp-admin/admin.php?page=grow-journey-enable to the end of your domain's url(e.g. https://site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=grow-journey-enable)?
If so, what happens, does it just redirect you to your login page or display an error or does it do something else? Are you able to provide a screen recording?

Heidi Bruaw it looks like the error you're seeing isn't mentioning that the ads.txt file hasn't been automatically added to your site by our plugin. I can provide you with your site's specific ads.txt information and all you'd need to do is have BigScoots add it to your site's root domain.
Once it's been added, that should fix. Thanks for working with us on this!

Support Yes that's correct. When I do that I get sent to the login page. However, it's now working because today it took me to the appropriate Journey ad setup page in the wordpress dashboard after I logged back in. Yesterday it would just take me to the Wordpress dash overview page. So I'm all set now.

That worked! Thank you so much, Jacob!
