The Journey Community is a fantastic (and constantly growing!) resource, and we encourage publishers to search through topics, as well as ask questions here! This group is monitored by Mediavine Specialists and Support Engineers as well as leaders, so you’re sure to get the right answers, and it’s a great way to connect with other publishers.

Journey is a self-service product supported primarily by the community forum, but our support team monitors the forum daily for issues that arise that require escalation.
This is not 1:1, in real-time support.
