Can Journey insert ads into tables?

Hi what is your general experience, where does auto ad placement from journey place ads? After what tag?

The Performance resources / How to prepare are really not great and I haven't found anything I can use to inform myself with this and I don't want to wait 10 days and then to see for myself when I can start optimizing now.

My issues is that I have great quality traffic, but mostly on pages that have massive TABLES - checklists.

It has 6 avg mins per user per page, insane scroll rate. It's a goldmine but I want to make sure it is actually compatible with the auto ads insertion.

Will Journey find a way to insert itself into pages that are mostly big tables?

Or would it make sense for me to already start dividing those tables into smaller tables with paragaphs in between?

What element does the auto insertion need to hook? Space after <p> or what please?

Or if I have 2 tables back-to-back, will it insert in between even without paragraph tag between them?

    To clarify I specifically mean ads in-content in the main area, not sidebar etc. or stickies but actual inserts in the main content body
