ads not loading - drop in RPM from high $30's to $2

Hi,

The Journey ads have a place holder throughout my site, but they just look like they are trying to load, but are not. No video ads are popping up either. I am not sure where to start to see how to get this fixed as it has caused an extreme drop in my RPMS at my busy season. Please advise on what is the best way to see how to get this fixed.
