ID Verification Issue During Journey by Mediavine Onboarding
Hi everyone,
I recently became eligible for Journey by Mediavine and started the onboarding process. However, I’m facing an issue with the ID verification step.
I have submitted my ID twice. Each time, it goes into review, but after some time, I’m asked to submit it again. I’m not receiving any approval, rejection, or specific feedback explaining what might be wrong.
Because of this, I’m stuck in the onboarding process and unable to move forward.
Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, how did you resolve it? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
