Ads blocking cookie rejection - and cookies pop up twice

Hi, I have two issues on my site https://adventuretoeverycountry.com/

1) I have a banner ad that appears at the bottom on mobile blocking the option to reject cookies. How can I change this? I still want the ad to appear, but preferably behind the cookie popup.

2) I have two cookie popups which appear sometimes. One is from a plugin I use called “Cookies Yes”. I don't know where the other comes from, but someone seems to think it's from Grow. How can I stop this from appearing?
