How can I resubmit my website?

My website was rejected before by Grow, Now I've waited more than 60 days But when I try to apply again when I go to the page where I can put my website about us page clicking submit button I see this error "Site has already expressed interest in Journey". So resubmit is not going on. How can I resubmit my website?
