Unable to verify ads.txt file

I need help figuring out why my ads.txt is not able to verify on my Engineeringchoice.org site new onboarding. I did purge the cache on my website after I installed the updated one. But when I go and refresh it on my Grow account, it still gives me an ads.txt not able to verify notification.
