My Dashboard is not resetting

I have two sites that were rejected 60+ days ago from Journey. I've fixed issues with both of them, and would like to reapply, but the dashboard isn't letting me. I was told that the dashboard would reset after 60 days, but it hasn't done that for me. Is there anyone who can look into this for me?

Journey is Self Supported
