Mediavine Dashboard - Your Task List Issue

Ads are appearing on my site (though not always) and my privacy policy url is correct but this appears in my Mediavine Dashboard dashboard

not sure if it is related or not but every time I login into my wordpress dashboard and go to the Grow plugin screen I'm met with this message at the top of the screen
"Grow is currently running on themobileretiree.com

This Site is Connected to Grow but This User Does not have Access"

is that related???
