"There is a problem with your connectivity" error

Hello, I'm having trouble with the Grow script on my website. I had it installed for a long time before without issues, but a few days ago I've been getting the error “there is a problem with your connectivity.” I tried reinstalling the Grow script and following the troubleshooting tips, but nothing has fixed it.
