Country Availability Question – Publisher from Kosovo with U.S. Audience

I’m hoping someone from the Journey team or experienced publishers here might be able to guide me.

I run a content site currently getting around 230,000–250,000 monthly pageviews, with approximately 95% of my traffic coming from the United States. My audience, content type, and traffic profile align closely with the kind of sites that typically perform well with Journey.

While looking into applying, I noticed that Kosovo (Republic of Kosovo) is not listed as a supported country. I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether Journey/Mediavine has a process for reviewing or expanding the supported country list.

For context:

• Kosovo has been independent since 2008 and is recognized by over 100 countries
• Several major publisher monetization companies already list Kosovo as a supported country (Ezoic, Raptive, Monumetric, Sulvo, etc.)
• My business is fully digital and my audience is primarily U.S.-based

Because of this, it seems more like a country listing / eligibility setup question rather than a traffic or compliance issue.

I’m asking not only for myself, but also because there is a growing group of serious digital publishers here who would benefit from access to platforms like Journey.

If anyone from the Journey team can clarify whether this is something that can be reviewed, or point me to the correct process, I would really appreciate it.
