How long does it take to be approved or denied?

I applied December 9th. I still haven’t been approved or denied. How long does it take? I’d rather have an answer than wait if possible. My blog is The Bluster and the Burrow. Theblusterandtheburrow.com

Hello Jennifer I wanted to ask you, please, did you solve the problem or do you still have it? I sent my ID and they haven't replied to me yet, and it's been 24 hours. Should I wait, or should I message them somewhere else? Please tell me what you did and what your status is now.
