Journey Eligibility Showing Eligible but Grow Dashboard Still Ineligible & Login Stuck
I’m facing an issue with Journey by Mediavine and was hoping someone from the team or the community could help clarify.
I initially applied to Journey around June, but at that time my site didn’t meet the traffic requirements, so it was marked ineligible. After that, I deactivated the Grow plugin.
Recently, my traffic has improved significantly. When I applied again directly through the Journey by Mediavine website and shared my GA4 access, the system now shows “Your Site is Eligible.”
However, I’m running into two problems:
- In the Grow Publisher dashboard, my site still shows
“Journey Application: Currently Ineligible,” which seems to be from the previous application. - After being redirected to the Grow login page from the Journey eligibility screen, I’m unable to log in — it just keeps loading endlessly (tried multiple browsers and devices).
It looks like my old application status might not have refreshed properly, or there may be a Grow account/session issue.
Has anyone experienced this before, or could a Mediavine/Grow team member please help reset or review my Journey application so it can proceed to content and brand safety review?
