Missing privacy policy, Ads Script Errors, Ads.txt Missing

Hello,

Every day when I log in, I get notifications that my Privacy Policy is missing, ads.txt is missing, and ads script not found. I refresh/re-enable, but it breaks again the next day. How do I fix this?
