“Currently Ineligible” Status and Reapplying
Hi everyone,
I recently applied to Journey and and after about 3 months of waiting my site is marked “Currently Ineligible” in Grow. The banner sits where the apply option normally would be, and there’s no way to dismiss it.
For those who’ve been in this state before, I’m trying to understand what to expect next:
- Does eligibility ever flip back automatically once traffic or stability improves?
- Or is contacting support required at some point to reopen or reset the application?
- If you were previously ineligible and later approved, what changed and roughly how long did it take?
I’m mainly looking to understand whether this is a passive “wait and improve” state or something that eventually requires a manual step.
