Consent form not in right language

Hi, most of the traffic to my sites comes from Croatia and eastern Europe. I noticed that language in consent form is English what is UX issue for my users because not all visiotors are speaking English.

 

Is there way to fix this? Does it supports Croatian at all? Can appereance of consent form be manually modifed - size, size of text, logo…

Also I noticed sharp drop in page traffic immediately after joining Journey..about 30%. i do not know is it coincidence with some Googla algorythm update or something else..maybe consent form?
