Ad Covering My Website Footer

I’m new to advertising on my site and have only recently completed the Journey integration, so I’m still getting familiar with how the ads behave on my site.

I’m seeing a Grow promotional ad appearing at the bottom of the screen on mobile and desktop that is fully covering the site footer. As a result, users can’t see or access the privacy policy, contact link, or copyright information in the footer, as the ad sits on top of it rather than above it.

I understand ads may still be settling in, but I wanted to flag this early as it affects basic site navigation and access to required footer links. Please let me know if this is expected behaviour or if there’s a way to adjust the placement.
