Onboarding problem

I continue to have problems completing the onboarding process. I placed the script in the right location, and I get this error:

“We can’t seem to find your ads script. Check our FAQ for troubleshooting options.”

My website is https://www.skepticalraptor.com.

I've read the FAQ, and I have tried everything recommended, but still no luck. I hope someone can help me finish this process. I'm worried that it's a technical problem that requires some work. 

Finally, I checked the source code for my website, and I see the code in the “head” section.
