Ads.txt Issue with Grow Plugin

My Ads.txt is constantly refreshing, being a newly enrolled site, so the file is constantly becoming out of date. I have to manually go into public_html and place the new file in there, which isn't convenient.

The Grow plugin states this should be done through the Grow plugin, and when I try to set this up after login, it just redirects me to the WordPress home screen.

Any ideas as this isn't maintainable!!
