Clarification on Session Count Differences (GA4 vs. Mediavine)

Hi Mediavine Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well.

I noticed a significant difference between the session counts in my GA4 dashboard and the session numbers reported in Mediavine.

  • GA4 Sessions: 4,648
  • Mediavine Sessions: 2,524

Could you please help clarify why these numbers differ?
I understand that each platform may define or measure sessions differently, so I’d appreciate any guidance on how Mediavine calculates sessions compared to GA4. This will help me better understand my traffic and ad performance.
