Getting Paid/Closing My Account

I've been sick since the summer and I need to just close my blog/account (I had a buyer and it didn't go through and I can't withstand the selling process with my ill health any more. So, I was wondering what happens to my payments (two of them less than $100). How do I apply for the rest of the payments due to me?
