How to re-apply to Grow

Hello,

I applied to grow several months ago (March this year) but was declined as I didn't meet certain criteria. Since then my site has increased it's monthly sessions significantly and I believe that the site meets all the eligibility criteria.

However, I can't see how to re-apply - I have tried emailing grow but just get info on meeting criteria. Can anyone help on how to re-apply?
