Ads Suspended - Excess AI Content

Hi, our ads account is recently suspended due to excess AI content. 

This is an old site and we'd like to get our developers to revamp the website and remove the AI content. 

Wondering after cleaning up the site, how should we resubmit for a re-approval? 

Please advise. Thanks!
