Real Ads Are Missing

Hello, there are no ads on pluginoise.com (except Grow ads, seeing the same ad all the time - Want Fewer Ads Like This One?), and I think is causing me lower RPM. Can you check please?

On the other side, I see integraudio.com with much better RPM (3x better!) and ads are of all sorts, not just grow ads all the time for the sidebar/lower sticky ad. But for the content in the post, ads are also only Grow ads. I think it should always show unique ads, am I wrong?

Let me know I would want to solve this, it's the last issue I have, thank you.
