My IT support thinks there is an issue with the setup inside my Grow account. Is there a way to regenerate the ads.txt from your Grow account?

It works well on the WordPress side, but the actual script is having issues. The ads.txt is not working properly. As proof and to make the troubleshooting faster for them, please let them know that when visiting my website/ads.txt - it shows redirects correctly to Mediavine/Journey, but unfortunately, it displays an error message and doesn't show the supposed ads.txt script.
