Only Grow Ads Are Showing

Hello, I'd need help on optimizing ads further on pluginoise.com it's showing just the Grow ads, and I feel like this is the reason behind lower RPM.

Have 2 sites on Journey: integraudio.com is showing ads well (variety of ads), but on pluginoise.com it's just all Grow ads, I can also say that I had recently issue with the ads script, as well as the ads.txt and also privacy-policy (I fixed these), but need to fix this Grow ads issue, thank you
