Intermediary bank information for Wire transfer

Hi,

While adding the payment info, I am getting an error “An error occurred”. Is it because while setting up a wire transfer, I need to give an intermediary bank information too? Or is this error regarding something else?

Hi Anjana, this exactly happened to me. I live in Australia and gave Australian bank details without filling in intermediary bank information. I tried multiple times, and it worked for me. I hope trying 2-3 times might help you out!
