How Long does Journey takes to re check website for monitization

Hi guys,

when i applied for journey approval my website was getting around 50 us visitors, that's why it was rejected today my website gets around 180+ visitors a day (from US).

i was wondering how long does journey takes to recheck or monitize, since there is no option to reapply. we have to leave everything as is.

I think i am loosing around $100-$150 revenue/month which is reasonable for me.

how long will i have to wait or should i move to other ad netword like, adsese, admaven, monitag, adsterrs, galaxion etc.

plz let me know
