Ad position shifts to the right inside lists

Hello there,

I noticed that ads inside lists go more to the right (I mean their position is not centered).

If you check ads outside lists, they are fine and centered. But inside lists, they go more to the right. On mobile the problem is more visible (ads touch the right side of the smartphone screen)

This problems appears everywhere, no matter the device though. Even on desktop.

Can you maybe check the code and tell me how to fix it?

    Any help with this?

    I removed all my custom CSS, but the problem is still there.
