Repost: Advanced Jump Down Menu Still not Appearing

Hi Journey Support Team!  I reached out to Feast’s customer support, and they mentioned that my ads might be interfering with the “Advanced Jump Down Menu,” which I’m using as a Table of Contents on my blog posts.  Has anyone else run into this issue? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or solutions you’ve found that helped fix it.  Thanks so much for your help!
