Yes, it’s the same on my end! RPM is so low. I don’t know, it feels like everything is going downhill at the moment. I just read a few posts on Reddit where people were complaining about how RPM and earnings have gone down over the past few months.

Jeena I'm curious if you've seen any improvements? My RPM is so low and I cannot understand why. When I say low, I mean I'm averaging around $1.83 which is WILD for a website focusing mostly on beauty/style/travel.

Hey Sandy, I haven’t seen much change in the last few months either. There was a time I was making $12–13 a day, and now it’s dropped to under $5, sometimes even less than $2. I kept thinking it would bounce back, but so far it really hasn’t.

Did anyone at MVJ offer any support or suggestions on changes? I've found this forum to be mostly useless when it comes to tangible advice.

Nope! I submitted my query back in April and still haven’t received any reply. I don’t think they will.

Journey is Self Supported

Our support staff is monitoring this forum everyday for bugs related to ad delivery, the display and functionality of the Journey dashboard, and any bugs related to the onboarding process. We are typically unable to assist with non-bug related issues like RPM performance expectations, issues setting up the ads.txt file, and questions already answered by our existing help docs. Read here for a more detailed breakdown of how Journey is self-supported and our recommendations for how to find answers to common issues.
