Ads Showing Intermittently on Vifa.News — Grow.me Appears Without Ads

I’m having an issue on my site https://vifa.news where ads are showing inconsistently. Sometimes they appear as expected, but other times, only Grow.me loads and no ads are displayed.

Here are some details:

• Site: https://vifa.news/
• Issue: Ads occasionally fail to load; Grow.me appears but no display/sticky/in-content ads show.
• Grow.me Status: Active and visible.
• Steps I’ve already taken:
  • Verified Mediavine script is present and loading
  • Cleared site, CDN, and browser caches
  • Disabled caching and optimization plugins for testing
  • Checked in incognito and across multiple devices
  • No ad-blockers active during tests
  • Console shows no relevant errors

Since this is happening randomly and without a consistent trigger, I’d really appreciate it if you could help investigate. Let me know if there’s anything on my end I should adjust or if there are any delivery/reporting issues.
