Lack of Growth for RPM and CPM

Hello,

I have been running Journey since December, so I have tried to see if the RPM/CPMs would get better but they are now on the decline again. I've seen RPMs into the 20's and was just wondering if someone could look at my site to see what I could do to increase these.
