Inquiry Regarding Stagnant RPM and Earnings Despite Increased Traffic

I got Jouney by Mediavine through Grow on December 18, 2024, for my website, Izoate. Since then, my RPM has consistently ranged between $3 and $5. While I noticed a decline in traffic in January, it has been recovering since February. However, despite this recovery, my Grow RPM and earnings seem stuck around a $3.5 RPM and $1–$2 daily earnings.

Over the past week, I have been receiving significantly higher traffic, with the majority coming from the United States (26.12%), Russia (25.12%), and India (22.64%), followed by the United Kingdom (5.72%), Canada (3.48%), and other countries. However, despite this increase in traffic, there has been no noticeable improvement in RPM or earnings.

I wanted to check if this is a known issue, a potential bug or if something else is affecting my earnings.
