Hi. I've received the following notification in my dashboard:

 

 

I moved over to Journey in mid-Jan 2025, and have patiently awaited my very first payment which is meant to be in April. Now, with this unexpected termination I feel like the revenue I've earned is not guaranteed to be paid out (?), and the last 5 months with Journey ads may have been a waste.

Please clarify why my ads have been deactivated, and how I should go about having them reactivated.

Journey is Self Supported
