Journey settings suddenly gone from backend and ads not displaying

We've had Journey for a few months now, but as of Friday all of the sudden ads are not displaying and the Journey settings tab on the Grow backend disappeared. The Analytics seciton is still there but the datepicker only lets me select up to 3/13 (it's 3/15 today).
