Is there a way to add a line to the ads.txt file?

I have to add a line of code to the ads.txt file. 1) I can't find where it is although I believe it is hosted through the app. I read through the posts with ads.txt file but am not seeing 1) how to find it and 2) how to edit it. Does anyone know?

    I did not find a way and believe there is not a way. I was mistaken about what I was trying to do and found an explanation that MV doesn't allow it because they require that they are the only group posting ads to your site. In my case, I thought I was supposed to have my googleads line in there but it is not allowed by what I read.

    If you have something else to add to your file, maybe there is a different way.
