Best WP Rocket Settings for Journey

Hello,

Previously, my core well vitals were passing with WP Rocket.

I recently put Journey ads on my site, and now they have gone down a fair bit and my host says it might have to do with settings for Journey and WP Rocket.

Can you please advise me on what settings to have for this program? Is there anything I need to watch out for in order to improve my core web vitals?
