RPM is not increasing

HI, I joined grow on 14 Jan 2025, and I am waiting for increasing of my RPM, but nothing increases. On my site groupnameser.com I received 900-1200 sessions, but RPM is $5 to $6. I see other sites with same sessions and pageviews receive $15-$20 RPM.

What can I do to increase my RPM?
