Fix the GA4 Property Timezone

Hi!

I have tried fixing this following the instructions. I have also tried fixing it by simply changing it to the new york timezone. I am in Toronto and that's the same timezone as New York so its the same thing anyway. Either way, nothing I have tried has worked and the banner for me to change the timezone does not go away. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
