Journey Tax and Vat Questions

Hello guys. I need to create an llc in my country for the money I get from grow.

The vat is already taken by this platform? Or in my country will ask me to pay VAT? cause my accountant asks me.

It doesn't make sense for me to pay the VAT since the customer (advertisers) should pay it for me allowing then to put their ads to my site.

Can someone that knows for sure answer? Cause if I make this wrong I may face serious consequences from the state…
